Virtual Programs

Online Support Groups

Online support groups are now being offered virtually via Zoom until we can return to our normally scheduled in person groups.

Registration is required to participate, and each group will be limited to 15 people.

  • All groups will be conducted through Zoom conferencing software.  Please make sure you have downloaded the software before you log onto your group.
  • Registration is required.  You will receive a confirmation email with connection instructions after registration.  You can connect via computer, telephone app, or by dialing the phone number and entering the passcode when prompted.  The phone number and passcode will be included in your confirmation email.
  • Registration closes 20 minutes prior to start time, the day of each group.
  • Support groups are limited to 15 participants.

NAMI Family Support Group
A peer-led support group for adult family members and significant others of someone living with a mental health condition or experiencing symptoms. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences.

2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month

6:30 – 8:00 PM

* Attendees need to register for each occurrence to attend


NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group
A recovery support group for people living with mental health conditions, in which people learn from each other’s’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.

2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month

Virtual Classes

NAMI Family-to-Family 
For family members, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions.

8-week class will be offered virtually starting this summer. If you are interested in attending our Family-to-Family class online, please sign up to be placed on the waitlist.
NAMI Basics OnDemand
For parents and other family caregivers of youth (age 22 & younger) who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition, or who are experiencing mental health symptoms.

The OnDemand program is guided by parents and family members with lived experience but is self-paced and available 24/7. OnDemand offers the flexibility of participating in the course on your schedule. Both formats provide identical information, strategies and the opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers.

NAMI Homefront
NAMI Homefront is a free, 6-session educational program for families, caregivers and friends of military service members and veterans with mental health conditions.
